I have had the pleasure of working with Sonia through 3 Leadership Mastermind cohorts and her coaching has totally transformed me as a leader. At my very first session, I was at a very low point in my career. I was struggling to build a collaborative and meaningful relationship with my boss, I was unable to effectively influence my peers, and I felt as though I was not meeting the expectations of my business due to mismanaging so many competing priorities. I knew this was not the type of professional I truly was or wanted to be. I knew I had potential to be a leader and I knew something had to change, so I signed up for Sonia’s Mastermind and Leadership Academy. Through Sonia’s coaching, I was able to reflect, process, and change my mindset and the key behaviors that were holding me back. In addition to that, I was able to network and learn from other like minded individuals who also participated in these sessions. I still keep in contact with many of them today, they have become some of my biggest cheerleaders and allies. The experience was so valuable that I continued to sign up for future sessions.
By the end of my third mastermind session, I was promoted to Vice President, achieving a MAJOR life goal of mine to make VP before 40. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not have had the confidence, skills, or mindset to achieve this without participating in Sonia’s Masterminds and Leadership Academy.
